"If I could give more than 5 stars, I would — and maybe even bake a casserole. Let’s be honest: no one likes paying for insurance. It’s like buying an umbrella you hope never to use. Most people don’t even know who their agent is — but not me. I know exactly who my agent is, because Ashley Fox and her team are basically local legends at this point. Ashley is my favorite insurance agent of all time (and yes, I’ve had enough to form a ranking). Her office is the opposite of calling some random 800 number and screaming “REPRESENTATIVE” into the void. When you call, you get an actual human being — a helpful, kind, and ridiculously friendly one. It’s honestly suspicious how cheerful they are… I suspect baked goods might be involved. Shoutout to Lora, who has been so helpful to my household that I now feel morally obligated to put her on my Christmas list. She’s basically extended family at this point. If you’re shopping around for insurance and don’t call Ashley Fox’s office, I have questions. You’re not just getting insurance — you’re joining a squad of people who actually care and remember your name. When State Farm says, “Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there,” this office really leans into the “good neighbor” part. If everyone who worked here were my neighbors, I’d trust them to bring the best dish to the neighborhood potluck — and it would be homemade, labeled, and probably warm. In short: amazing team, real people, zero robots. 11/10 would recommend."
